The registration fee includes:
- Access to the scientific sessions for 3x days
- Access to the poster exhibition on two floors
- Certificate of attendance
- Welcoming on Sunday 12th June 2022 at the congress venue
- Daily coffee breaks and light lunches
The congress provides a collegial atmosphere to meet, interact and network with colleagues from around the world.
Terms and conditions:
Please consider the following booking terms and conditions:
- Until and incl. 30th April 2022 all fees will be refunded except for 50 EUR service fee. No refunds will be issued after this date.
- Until and incl. 25th May 2022 you can convert your onsite ticket into a virtual ticket. The difference of the ticket price, less 20 EUR service fee, will be refunded.
- If the live congress cannot take place due to German governmental restrictions your booking will be transferred to the virtual event.
- If the social program cannot take place due to German governmental restrictions or decisions by the organizer, your payment will be reimbursed less 20 EUR service fee.
Photo / video notice:
By registering to the ISPNO 2022 & SIOPE BTG Meeting you grant permission to the organizers to use photos / films – taken onsite during the meetings – in public relations and promotional pieces, written publications or videos for an indefinite period of time or to promote the next ISPNO Meeting. If you do not want to have any photos / videos taken of you published, you may contact the organizers at any time via ispno@interplan.de.
